John Gallagher is an art teacher; an art director; and a co-founder of Kids Love Comics, an organization that uses graphic novels to promote literacy. When he's not working on his own stories, John leads workshops that teach kids how to make comics. He lives in Virginia with his family, which includes a cat named Millie and a dog named Cody.
